Meet our Founder

Veerabhadra K. Byadagi is a second‑generation land developer and a prominent community leader from Bengaluru. With an academic background in Public Administration and Business Law, he chose to follow his passion for real estate and joined the legacy built by his father in layout development. Over the last several years he has successfully marketed and developed hundreds of residential plots in and around Bengaluru, and has led multiple eco‑friendly farmland projects near Channapatna featuring fruit orchards, teak plantations and modern irrigation systems. His approach balances clear legal processes with investor‑friendly pricing and transparent communication. Veerabhadra is actively involved in business networking and social initiatives, holding leadership roles in reputed business networks and Lions Clubs, and has contributed to large‑scale tree plantation drives and community welfare activities.
